A generous supply of tea towels – hand, and bath towels.
Insurance
There can be nothing worse than having to cancel your long awaited holiday than having to be forced to cancel. It is even more annoying when you are still responsible for the full holiday charge. Please make sure that you have holiday insurance.
Please note that the use of all the amenities at St Milburga Chapel - Summerhouse - Patio’s and Barbeque areas are entirely at the users risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury – loss or damage to the users or any visitor’s belongings.
Conditions of Booking
Initially we would advise you to book your holiday by telephone, the number to call is: - 01584 823626 and ask for Wendy or Claude who will be only too willing to help you Your telephone booking will remain firm for 7 days.
If you are not able to down load a booking form we will send you a form through the post, which will be required to be completed and returned with the initial deposit of 25% 7 days from the original telephone booking.
Balance
The balance of your holiday will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival and should include a damage bond of £50, returnable 7 after satisfactory inspection and found to be damage free - clean & tidy. Please note we will require full payment of your holiday if you book 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. The maximum number of persons allowed is 4. (Plus baby)
Arrival & Departure
These are Friday to Friday, which gives you the chance to sample the night life and Gastronomic delights of Ludlow and the surrounding areas.
The Chapel will be ready for your holiday at any time after 3pm, where you will be met by the owners who will give you the key, and a tour of the facilities.
